Our clientele encompasses a variety of industries, such as nuclear power, offshore drilling, shipbuilding, military applications, automotive manufacturing, and numerous others. We firmly believe that metal castings will continue to hold a pivotal role across diverse industrial sectors. Our casting capabilities accommodate pieces with a maximum weight of 10 tons each.

ACCURACY: 3-5μm

The HEXAGON AB Gantry Coordinate Measuring Machine guarantees an accuracy of up to 3-5μm for our casting parts.

HEAT TREATMENT

Our Bell-type heat treatment furnaces guarantee accurate temperature control to achieve the desired material properties. Following the completion of the heat treatment procedure, metal samples are retained and sent to our laboratory for examination of their composition, tensile strength, and other relevant properties to ensure they meet our clients' needs.

SUSTAINABILITY

Feilang is proud to be one of the earliest casting factories to have introduced solar power, wastewater treatment system, and waste air filtration system into our manufacturing process, demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability.
